Job Overview

With the growth of our company, we are now looking to grow our team! We are in search of an administrative assistant (entry level) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company's general administrative activities.


You may also have the responsibility to run our social media accounts, if you have that experience. If you do not have that experience, don’t worry, we are mainly looking for that administrative help in the office!

What You Will Do

A day in the life of an Administrative Assistant includes:

  • Entering Workorders
  • Answering calls
  • Creating tickets for service requests
  • Filing - Invoices/Payments
  • Getting the Mail
  • Cleaning/Organizing
